Capitec Forex - create their own Fica Rules on an already Fica registered account

Capitec Forex. I own 2 properties and live in both periodically. They now want me to FICA my 2nd property but my 1st property is already Fica registered. I have to go into the branch to do this. My point is that i am already fica registered with the one property and its never been a problem in the past ( i have owned both house for 5 + years). So terribly frustrating dealing with incompetence like this, why is it all of a sudden an issue? If you ask security questions that are generalised like - Please give proof of address, then expect that if someone has more than one abode that they may verify the second. Consultant was unable to assist and not even wanting to assist either. Ridiculous.
