CAPITEC FOREX ARE *******

The forex department does not answer my calls. I recieved a payment from the US however after completing several mails where questions were amswered, they advised they are unable to process the payment and need more documentation or they cam send the funds back to the the US accoubt. I tried calling them several times for clatitt and the FOREX dept does not answer thier phones. I also sent a mail requesting them to call me, there was no response from them. That was more than a week ago. I sent another email and again no response. At this point the funds has not been returned or released into my account and thus i believe the funds were ****** by Capitec Forex
