Capitec forex

Capitec Forex Hi,my name is Jean-Pierre Claassen I am a Capitec account holder.It been a month and 5days since I made a international payment within Canada I am currently on a short term work permit here.Capitec forex emailed me back 2weeks ago on my Hellopeter story .They wrote requesting for me to complete certain documentation and showing proof of the Transfer I made from Canada to my Capitec account.They gave me a Reference no.RE: Capitec: Case ***8 been 2 weeks and my money is still not in my Capitec account or returned to my Canadian banking account I need to know what happened to my money.I have emailed them 3 times asking for feedback on this matter and it seems nothing is being done.
