Capitec FOREX a NO GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!LACK OF SERVICE

Capitec Forex i used for some time every Friday receiving payments without any delays... no Capitec Standards has dropped so bad regarding Forex..... i have received a forex Payment on the 1st of Nov 2024 ...to date 8th of November it is still not reflecting in my acc, i have contacted them every day since the 1st more or les 4/5 times a day, all they can say is we have escalated it and we will call you back, they never email or call you back you have to constantly call and email them...... I wont advise anyone to make use of Capitec if it comes to Forex....you are just another customer which has to wait , their answer everytime is they will send an email...but do they follow up? do they actually try and resolve this for their customers....NO they dont, they will send an email and sit backwards job done.....

Standards are VERY VERY LOW!!!!!!!!!! yes again a team whom earns salaries by sitting backwards and doing NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PATHETIC !!!!!!!!

Should have just stayed with FNB rather pay a bit more on bank costs than sit with a Huge LACK of Service

and yes they will respond a agent will call you in 1 business day to only say the same thing i hear everyday: i Apologise , i apologise, we will escalate and call u back....and guess what they will maybe call you back if you are lucky just to say the same We apologise...but they cant resolve the issue.........

They wont come back and Cover my Debts which was due latest 7th ..... they wont carry the cost of failed debit orders , but they will just say i apologise.......

PATHetic cant believe their standards has dropped to this level
