Capitec Forensics Money On Hold

I am so not happy with Capitec , on the 4th of July I was paid a amount of R100k from Tyme bank to Capitec , I waited the whole day , I was told to submit the affidavit , proof of payment and proof of address which I did and checked again in Saturday money wasn't showing, it was then weekend I waited for Monday, on Monday nothing came , when I go to the branch it doesn't show and on my phone and app , I was told it is with the forensics, on Tuesday still nothing happened I was told I should give it two days the persona allocated the case is finalising the issue today it the 9th at night nothing, I hope writing to this platform will help me as I did before , I will never recommend Capitec bank to people wanting to use in it future ,they work like a ****a shop , looking at the other reviews on this platform it's so annoying
