Capitec forensics is a Joke

I was involved in a **** which I had reported to capitec as they r my bank and asked for an eft to called which was then redirected to ***** department... But their forensics department... Is just a waste of time as they don't communicate with you... They don't follow up... When u go to the branch for a follow up they never answer the calls or tell you they are still busy with the case.
