Capitec forensics

A few years ago I was unemployed, seeking employment. I was contacted by a person who wanted to run a business in cape Town, so i agreed to be employed by him. I had an account by capitec. He said he will pay in money for uniforms for cleaning staff, I have to withdraw the money and pay the uniforms, I didn't had a problem in doing so. Than I spoke to my neighbor to take me to saldanha to pick up the uniforms, He asked a few I told the employer and he agreed and said I must pay the fee. Than he's car broke down on the melkbosstrand. We didn't had a choice and return home. The neighbor informed he's wife and she asked questions, which I couldn't answer as I was just happy that I found employment. She said I should return the money to the bank (capitec) which I did the following day. Except for the fuel that already has been paid. She said that I would have been used as a mule. The day I went into capitec I told the consultant everything I showed them all the WhatsApp messages. Which stated that I was employed by this man. The following day I went and returned the money, only to find out that the same man who said Im employed by him laid a charge against me, that he paid me for a car which he never received. I told them I showed you all the correspondence between me and him. I don't own a car, I don't even have a license. I took the numbers that time I had of him and put it in Google and came to see that he lives I jhb and selling cars in other provinces. This was about 5 years back. They told me than that the card would be sent to forensics and they would call. Earlier this year I went back to capitec to find out about my account. The investigation was than closed just to be reopened again. They asked for a copy of my ID, and that I should write a letter stating my side which I did. Just to hear that maybe I can have an account with capitec again. I explained that i use capitec for my salary. Till this day no forensics has phoned. Apparently i have to clear my name by them. Even though I stated the money doesn't even belong to me. Still apparently i can't have an account with capitec. It's now roughly 5/6 years.
