Capitec forensic -***** related

I paid someone via EFT on the 2nd of November 22 only to find out it was *****, phoned my bank to reverse the money and they told me to open a case regarding ***** and drop off the supporting documents at their nearest branch and the nearest one was Carlswald Lifestyle shopping center. The lady who helped me uploaded all the documents and provided me with a reference number. Few days later I received a text message from the bank saying my matter is closed due no supporting documents. I phoned Capitec forensic and asked which supporting documents are they referring too .She told me about the affidavit and provided with the email that I use to send the documents. I did that and the reference number that was quoted was not the same as the one that was even giving to me at the branch. And there is no feedback yet..this is emotional draining because no one is taking this matter seriously
