Capitec Foreign Exchange - Pathetic service

Capitec Bank operates lower than most state run services, probably at DHA levels. Management have no controls of their staff, most of which are "working from Home". Calls are not answered and customer care is not a priority. Capitec have dragged Mercantile Bank credibility into disrepute. My advice, move your account, better still move out of SA.
