Capitec foreign exchange is useless

CAPITEC FOREIGN EXCHANGE USELESS!!!!!!!! My husband has been struggling for weeks now to receive his salary that was paid in on 8/2/2024 from Germany. We have sent them the proof of payment from the bank in Germany with all tracking and ref nr but they just say that there is no payment pending. I have phoned 3 times in the last 2 days and they promise to phone my husband on his international nr as they cannot speak to me even though I have signing rights on his account. They have confirmed that they can phone internationally and have the correct nr as well. Up to now they have not made any attempt to phone and it seems they have no intention of assisting us as clients whatsoever. I will not let this matter go and will complain to a many places as I can and will lodge a complaint with the ombudsman as well as we feel that we are not being assisted at all.
