Capitec forcing unwanted app at "gun point".

I keep getting emails from Capitec demanding that I download and install the capitec banking app before 8 September, in order to approve online card purchases, and receive otp codes for online transactions.

The entire reason for moving ALL of my banking from FNB to Capitec was precisely because of FNB's stubborn ***headedness for refusing to send me OTP codes via sms, and demanding that I install the app.

I have good reason to not trust ANY banking app. And the way that THIS bank is ordering me to install it, otherwise I will not receicve OTP's anymore is underhanded to say the least!
