What a bunch of unsympathetic people, they show no empathy to them its all about capitalising. Im so disgusted in them it makes me sick. Firstly when I put in the claim they could not even find the documents the paper trail for my brother was just gone , as I client I had to provide them with the papers as they did not know what I'm talking about. after I was being honest and submitted the documentation (bear in mind they had no clue of) I was told sorry we not paying out this was after we already paid six premiums to this bank, ever since not one of their consultants contacted to wish they family well but they sitting with our money you guys are pathetic my whole company is with you guys all 184 of us, i alone have another 6 policies with you guys you can be rest assured everyone in my company and on social media and my 38000 followers will hear how you treated someone that just lost a loved one no one deserves this kind of treatment when they have to deal with death.

If you guys had any empathy someone would've at least called to say Mr Swaile we sorry about your lost even though your six premiums was paid up your brother passed away 5 days before his waiting period kicked in is there anyway we can assist.
