Capitec Floor manager seems to be more on the floor with her legs open than helping a client

After i received POA( Power of Attorney) i was told by Zethu (Floor manager) I cannot complete anything because they don't deal with POA's

Whats worse is that when she got on the call it's as if she ****s gold blocks and is the be all. No customer service. I don't know if she has sucked and banged the managers for her position but she can't deal and even talks over a client. I asked a question which till this point is not even sorted. I want her fired immediately with proof!!!
