Capitec flawed processes
I have a problem with capitec withdrawal limit process; when you reach your daily withdrawal limit; you are expected to go inside the bank and make a new card at a fee of R70 then you can access amount above R10000....this is not fair and unfair business practice...
The are taking out our hard earned monies....why must I pay R70 for your improper system processes...
If you want to withdraw R30 000; you must make 2 new cards at R140.....really.
