Capitec flawed credit policy discriminates over public servants

Capitec Bank dubious and beauracratuc loan process. Even more worse if you're a public servant but really though banking with Capitec too. Its hilarious, disturbing and barbaric. How do you justify not issuing a credit or loan to your own customer based on an outdated, irrelevant and barbaric criteria excluding its public servants due benefits because they're public servants as oppose to their counterparts in the private sector. Blame is made to an internal policy that is flawed and biased.
