Capitec Flagging Me for a Loan That Doesn’t Exist

I am a long-standing Capitec client, but Capitec claims I have an old loan that was sold to NBA/Nimble Attorneys in 2016. I contacted the debt buyer directly and they confirmed they have NO Capitec account linked to my ID, no balance, no records, nothing. Capitec refuses to help or provide proof and says the handover flag will stay permanently, even though the alleged debt cannot be found or verified. This is unfair and prevents me from getting any credit. I request that Capitec provide proof of the debt sale OR remove the handover flag immediately since the buyer has no record.
