Hi ,I am Ernest Olifant and I have a funeral policy with Capitec Bank. The reviews that I read here worries me a lot firstly I don't see Capitec resolving any of these complaints all I see is referrals and it ends there. We as clients need to see what was done to resolve these issues so that we can rest assured that when our turn comes we will not go the same route, so please Capitec Bank give feedback here on how these issues were resolved so that we as clients can trust your service. When Capitec Bank don't give feedback here it means they are hiding something.
