Capitec false ***** case

To whom it may concern I am utterly disgusted in the way things where handled with regards to my account been frozen for a sum of R360 firstly I was not even aware of the transfer secondly I was not contacted notified at all about the situation I struggled for a week and a half to get the hold off this account and all staff could say is they cannot assist I spent over R200 rand in airtime with absolutely no help from any Capitec staff I recently lost my job and have been building up clients to try and support my family over the time period my account was frozen I lost over 10 thousand Rand in work also I have lost 3 long standing clients that I did work for on a weekly basis because of Capitec withholding there funds I was not able to supply my clients with the goods they purchased these clients have now accused me of *****ing there money and will never use my services again all over a false ***** charge Capitec is responsible for my loss of income my business has suffered a huge loss that I personally cannot recover from I am disgusted in Capitec and I will be taking this matter to court Capitec has no regard for there clients
