CAPITEC FAILURE TO MANAGE ITS OPERATIONS!

It appears that, CAPITEC does not have the capacity to manage its operations. I took a funeral policy with this "Bank", and each month end I have to call their Client Care Department to constantly remind them about the debit order. And, when I ask them why should I be their reminder?...Answer is "there is a system error with the debit orders!"...if Capitec is not capitated to handle huge operations, they must stop selling any products that they cannot manage.
