Capitec fails to settle Nedbank loan

On the 5th of April 2024, I app**** for a consolidation loan which was approved to settle my obligations into a single loan. Other debts were settled except my nedbank loan ***. Nedbank loan appears not have received the settlement amount from capitec and even on the proof payment from capitec, the reference number is given as ***MOYANA which is surprising as there is no way Nedbank would have added Moyana on my loan account as I only adopted that surname this year 2024 after my marriage. Its not clear whether the problem of the loan not being settled is a result if capitec getting my loan reference number from Nedbank wrong such as this one they used ***MOYANA when clearly Moyana cannot be part of my loan reference number from nedbank especially when the said loan is years older than my marriage from where i adopted that surname.

I hereby request Capitec to immidiately fix the problem as I am now pay their loan as well as the Nedbank loan which they clearly failed to settle and to ensure that they incur any interests charged by Nedbank is the error is theirs given that the settlement letter came to them via email.
