Capitec failing to return my R1000

I had a complaint last week where capitec took R1000 from my account and today I received a call from Rimi based in Eastern Cape who wasn't very helpful as she told that when I did a transaction of about R800 at shoprite which went through at that sape time and I received a notification and then I did another one for about R200 which also went through that very same time in August before the 15th but when I received money on my account of R1000 it was taken by capitec and when I went to the branch they said I owed charges ,What charges can be a R1000 I went twice and they didn't not resolve the issue. I then put a complaint here still no solution until this day.Capitec is a **** of a business. I'll now escalate this issue since they are not willing to pay back my money.
