Capitec failed to help me

I’m so disappointed in the capitec bank because i deposited money at the bank and then a few minutes later the money was withdrawn and it was not by me and now they declined my requested in this matter now how am I supposed to pay people their money back no man this is *******

Capitec I have been waiting for you guys to call again yesterday but i only received a email stating that you have been trying to call me but couldn’t reach me meanwhile i haven’t even received a call or a missed call if that’s the case so please capitec I’m tired of complaining everyday
