Capitec failed me

Hi, I need your help , on the 19th of September I made a payment to a wrong account , which i once made a payment before, so now I made a mistake and payment of R136000 and on the 20th morning I went to Capitec bank and told them I made a payment to the wrong person and showed them the proof of payment, and they said they will get back to me , I've been going back to them and they're not assisting me , I feel like Capitec failed me as their clients please help me
