Capitec failed me

I was part of cellphone **** where money was transfered from my credit access facility to my savings and out of my account. Reported the matter to the bank and the bank told me the funds has been utilized at the external bank where it has been transfered to and there is nothing they can do. I accepted and requested for my installment to be reduced as it became higher and that also was denied. Now I'm sitting with a credit which I was ****med and high installment which I can not afford. Capitec really failed me
