capitec failed me

I posted a complaint on helo peter about my multi loan i wanted to see if i can make an arrangement to pay it since i dont work anymore capitec responded saying they will try and help my, i received my 1000 stipend since im a student and they took all of it and i was willing to pay this loan but i cant survive with nothing on my account i need the money for transport to go to school,i been to every branch no help,tried the complaints department no help,collections no help,im so disappointed and not sure if i still want to bank with them, i was willing to pay them atleast 300 a month until i pay up but no they dont care about their clients and have used alot of airtime begging capitec to help me
