Capitec failed me

<p>I had a multi loan with capitec ,now the company that i was working for closed before i paid the multiloan, i informed capitec to stop deduction and rather make an arrangement for me to pay the multiloan monthly,it was fallig on deaf ears i would phone capitec numerous times to get the message accrosss i ddnt get anyhelp i had to move to another bank so they could stop deductig my whole 1000 monthly income my stipend as i needed it for other things aswell but was willing to pay capitec with some of it.Capitec could not help me so i switched banks and never paid the multiloan because i was told i had to pay the whole amount which i ddnt have</p>
