Capitec failed
They blocked my account because I have to update or fica again. I don't have transport to go to the bank. My sassa came in, can't draw it out so i can go to the bank. And i can update on the app but the app gives me problems and if I do get to the bank I need an ID although it finger print all the way with capitec when.u visit them, and u can update on app without ID but going to the bank u need a ID although everything is biometric. I don't have my ID, I don't have the money to get one. I have money in my account to sort this mess out. Worse bank ever. They won't help me. What do I do

01 May 2024, 13:21They did not have the decency to call me. They ****s. I had to borrow money to go to capitec only for them to tell me they offline. I wanted for hours. Their don't care attitude sucks as I had no money to go back home they did not care to help me unblock my account even through phone
