Capitec ****

Capitec Bank is a Retail Bank that doesn't have it's Priorities in Order. I have never been asked by a Bank where my funds come from when they have access to All my Transactions.My Acc has been Paused when I asked why I'm told to go to the nearest Branch and produce my ID to Fica my Acc. This is what is said on the App . I have doen this and they required me to provide proof of Residence as well as proof of Income. To this day my Acc has been Paused. Now they require an Affidavit where I must prove where my additional funds are come from. I have been payed from online gaming and no proof was. Needed I have Friend who send me money and no proof was needed . Now they require me to prove with evidence who is sending me money. Never ever have I heard of this ****. There App has given me false info by telling me to bring my ID and Fica my Acc. This is the Dumbest. Form of A Financial institute. They are Either just not a bank with Their priority in place or they are just falsely let the public Bank with them with the pretence of a Lower bank charge rate. I am so angry that my Acc is now under scrutiny and they can't. Even help me .It takes them 5 days to get back to you but nobody can tell you where the problem is. I would advise anyone not to open an Acc with these People they are just a waste of Time and Money. What clients don't know is when they take your money they don't tell you what they do with it but when you need your own money they question where it comes from. I am extremely Angry with them. I would rather stay with The Big 4 Major banks and I'll add one more to make it the Big 5 African Bank. The rest of these small banks are retails stores ready to use your cash for stock Buying. I am really Annoyed with this stupidity.
