Capitec encourages clients to deposit on the ATM but when the machine swallows your money they ask for proof! What proof when the machine has swallowed your money without crediting your account! ****** ********

Capitec ATM swallows peoples moneys and they ask you to bring proof! What damn proof can you bring when your ATM swallows my miney and gives me nothing. What kind of system does capitec have when thry cant account and refund miney swallowed by their oen machines. Do they really tely on manual(security) to advise them when theres surplus money on the machine. When Capitec itself is such a *****, do they think someone who eorks for them would report if extra money is found on the ATM? So about R5000, we have had to kiss it goodbye. No wonder in most of your branches we are forced to make atm deposits, so this is your way of enriching yourselves with poor peoples money?! I jate you to say the least! When i see your bank after loosing my miney i just wanna throw up. I will go on facebook, instagram and twitter to warn everyone. Depositing miney at Capitec is a huge ridk and their management easly say forget your money. You report the incident same time and you are told you will get feedback in 48hours and nothing happens and u follow up and then the query only start almost 2weeks later after you had reported. Its nit even an investigation that they do they ask around their stuff. Who would be stupid to say they found the actra cash on the atm? Stupid investigation. This investigation shoukd have been done first thing minday morning after we had reported the matter on Sunday. What the hell did u expect to find almost 2weeks later? I hate you
