Capitec enables ****mers!!
If I could I’d rate this bank a 0 star😡😡😡😡😡I reported a ***** to capitec,I got ****med by people who clearly are ****mers and are using Capitec bank to ***** money from others!! Why is it that Capitec is not tells me,a whole day after that they are still following up 😡😡😡our money is not safe from ****mers because they use Capitec to do it,knowing very well Capitec won’t do anything 😡😡Capitec,assist in brining if back my money(***** ***5) or I’m taking this to OMBUDSMAN!! I’ve got all the communication from you for doing nothing about this!!

08 Apr 2025, 15:23It’s been more days with going back and forth ,everyday their ***** and complaints department come up with excuses!! They are doing everything but solving this and they are protecting and enabling the ****mers!!!😡😡😡😡 it’s actually appalling that you are seeing that these ****mers are there(you’ve called them) and still you are not blocking their accounts and returning my money!! You are a bank for ****MERS!! Where ****mers can grieve,I’m going to the Ombudsman and I’m closing my account and telling everyone on social media about what a **** bank you are 😡😡

09 Apr 2025, 14:59lol update from this bank(Capitec that protects ****mers) after reporting ***** case on the 6th of April 2025,this was Sunday,***** case ***5. These ***** specialists have been taking me from pillar to post and they just protecting these ****mers 😡😡😡yesterday they said I should go to the police station for documents,I did that today!!! Now they’re telling me to get a court order😡😡😡😡can you imagine!!! Running after courts because they refuse to do their JOB!!!!!!!! I’m not taking this laying down!! The only court order I will obtain is against capitec because this is bull**** now!!! My patience is running thin!!! I want my damn money
