Capitec empty job promises

Capitec invites me to write a test, i pass the test and get promised they will call for interview in July, that was last year 2018, lasy year late, i get an sms at about 1 pm telling me i have an interview the next day at 10, I call them to ask if i can reschedule to a Monday cause i had received the sms on Thursday afternoon, it was short notice, mind you i had forgotten about capitec and away6 from time, their interview notice was less than 24 hours, they gave me the run around and till today im still waiting for a call from them. If you know there are no vacancies why do you invite us to write your tests? Its not not really fair what you do.
