Capitec employees ***** our monies

Capitec bank employees stole our money and the complaints department said they can't help us... We should take it further with the banking Ombudsman.... So I mean why are they covering for their employees... I went to their Facebook page and I guess we not the only ones who lost money misteriosly and being told we won't be helped.... Why are the marginalized South Africans being exploited... If I was a politician or a well know celebrity our money would have been refunded... I would never ever recommend Capitec to anyone your money is not safe it's just that people are being quiet and they let it go R2500 is a lot of money in this trying times and the sad thing is I dnt know how my kids will go to School... My kids will be behind it means they will go back to school end of March because of an employee who took advantage of us and his employer is supporting her... What makes me super angry is they made a fool out of us making us go all the way to Soweto where the money was said to have been withdrawn by a Capitec branch manager for us to be told there is no use coming there... More money spent...
