Capitec employees are ****med me

Last three weeks I was on she in online shopping and I deposited the money on SHE IN APP but the money went to a **** company and I immediately contacted Capitec to get help then Matthew from capitec said I should email him the proof from She in and did forward him the she in report, also told his that i had been ****med and he said as the money is still pending he will ask his manager to reverse it. since he nave respond my email until when i called Capitec and the lady said he closed my case without telling me. Is clearly show that he's part of the **** and how many people who was ****med like me?
