Capitec electronically a joke
Capitec has been my bank for many years, however they are ridiculous in their response rate to anything. It took 2 weeks to get a response from them last time, now its taking 6 emails for them to get back to me on unauthorized credit card deductions from the bank. Since when does any bank deduct R400 in death cover and bank charges on a CREDIT CARD without even informing me or me agreeing to it. Its CRAZY!

17 Jul 2020, 05:51Thank you for responding, however I have now had 3 different people on 2 different days sending emails apologizing without any resolvement of the matter. Surely a case is allocated to ONE person who can then SUCCESSFULLY deal with the matter. This is completely insane how this has been handled. I have never experienced anything like it!!
