Capitec

Good day. Im in desperate need of help with my capitec acc.. For the past months ive been having issues on my acc. My acc has been missing money, delayed deposits and currently blocked. I have been accused of ***** and requested to send document proving otherwise, which i have. I was told my case will take 21 days to resolve and today its almost 2months.I use my Capitec acc constantlt and need it to sustuin my finances.. As im texting, money has been frozzen in my account that i cant acces and Capitec has not given me feedback since. Please help
