CAPITEC early deductions left my family penniless, but I've never missed a payment.

i used to work for a financial institution who collected clients payments "early" disguised as "a favor for our clients, because they forget to make payments in December". Although this is a brilliant idea, we cant gloss over the fact that its really in the best interest of the said business. I see that's what CAPITEC is doing now, you effectively debited my wife's account a total of 6 times between the 29th Nov and 12 Dec 2024 for loans we have NEVER missed a single payment on. This tactic fractures a businesses relationships with its clients and deeply disrupted our family. ALL FOR YOUR ENDS. Meanwhile, YOU asked "Which day can we deduct your monthly payments?" and to that we said "the end of every month". 12 DECEMBER 2024 IS NOT THE END OF THE MONTH. Just as an FYI, i will be sending a formal complaint to your complaints department to do away with this nonsense, then straight to the Ombudsman.
