Capitec dropping calls

Capitec credit keep phoning me regarding a credit enquiry made by me on the app. As soon as I answer the call, they drop the call ! This has happened for 2 days mow on 5 seperate occasions, then tjey send me an sms after each call saying” we tried calling but you were not available’ Capitec needs to sort this out cos it seems all theses telemarketers are doing is calling and then dropping the call , probably just completing their lost for the day without actually speaking to anybody!!! This is so unprofessional
