Capitec drains every individual

Here's a restructured version of your text:

Good day,

I'm hesitant to share my story, but I'm hoping someone can offer guidance. As a devout and humble person, I've faced significant challenges. Since 2021, I've been the sole breadwinner for my household, but unfortunately, I lost my job due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It wasn't until mid-2023 that I secured a government job, which has brought some stability to our household.

During my period of unemployment, I took on various roles to make ends meet, including gardening, nannying, and handyman work. Despite these efforts, my credit score has suffered, currently averaging 630-645. I've made timely payments on my accounts, often before the debit order is collected.

For the past four weeks, I've been trying to secure a loan from Capitec Bank, but I've been met with resistance. As a salaried individual with no outstanding debts, I'm frustrated that I'm not being considered for a loan. To make matters worse, my current salary is underpaid and overworked.

I'm reaching out, hoping someone can offer advice or assistance.

All is evident on there records that I'm not a defaulter but I've been sent from pillar to post from Capitec. They don't even know how hard it is to get documents from a government that doesn't even care at this period, let alone if you sick and try going to a government hospital for assistance. Imagine being an employee

Good Day

I've been sent pillar to post. I spoke to a consultant on Saturday which she also requested more documentation. I've sent it once again.

This is the response from an email this morning
Credit application 6CM9V5632FC6: BOTHA, your credit application has expired.

I need somebody to urgently get back to me Please. I don't think this is fair being a client of Capitec over 10 Years.

What else do I have to do to get some assistance from Capitec?
