Capitec dont want to help or have structure

I posted on here about how my husband strugels with capitec and how they red flaged him for no reason and he cant take out a loan because they did not do their job they did not get back to us like they said the would they dont want to help their customers or have structure in their busnes if they keep transfer you from the one guy to another or just put the fone down in our ears
