Capitec don't take us clients serious this days

I withdrew torn edge R200 note at Capitec Atm mahube complex and I took it back to mams mall branch on 01 November 2024. Today is 07 Number 2024 I didn't receive that money as branch manager promised that it will be deposited into my account.

I am not sure how are you going to calculate my interest as now is more than 7 days with money and not yet deposited back into my account.

Capitec don't think for us clients, I am starving while kidnapped my money
