CAPITEC dont know whats COVID!
Please make me understand how Capitec can force you to go in to change your address before they release your funds? Firstly this is my money and secondly thrpugh this time they refuse to assist their customers. Dont they get it? Other option is to go to the police station....yes understand this...go to the police station...are ypu f.... out of your minds??? I have not heard of anything this crazy!!! You apply for an ID on line through this rime, ypu cant do anything without your ID but Capitec wants you to go in just to change an address ??? They have all my details including emal address, what is it that I dont get? I dont want to change my card, just an address, pks help me understand this!!!! Its been a year with Covid and they still cant solve this problem without going in to the bank and protect people? They might as well close their doors coz they gonna be left behind. Then they need to get staff that knows a bit about customer service... Shame the poor agent think she owns the bank and dont just work there, rude and drop the line while speaking to her and then till now no call back! Wow! Ao much for service!!!! You guys are a disgrace, I never thought I will say this vut I am def taking the risk and changing my bank.

It breaks my heart just thinking about how many other people going through this? Older people and sick people who are at risk contracting this virus and some wont survive! Do they even realise the risk? Clearly it doesnt matter. Through this all they dont know my situation I am in, why I need that money to clear but again none of their concern.
Its a shame! Disgusting! They have no idea how to look after their customers or to treat their customers.
The world is at war with a deadly virus, it takes one to take the ship down while the rest of the world are fighting to keep the ship above water!!!!!!!!!
