Capitec don't care about black people . they only act fast when its white people

Capitec consultant called me regarding the areas they falsy put on my name and said they will fix it Today when i check my credit score its down by one point and factors affecting my score its written Capitec I need a good lawyer to assist me to sue Capitec for the inconvenience they costing me because of negligence or it I'm a black person so they don't care how they ruining my life . this means again this month ill have to struggle to get to work and transport my kids to school . Capitec don't care about thier customers at all . if this was attended on the 26 of february when i first went and made them aware that they didn't debit i would not be having this problem.but because im black i was just dismissed without even taking their time to check what happed . this kind of mistakes never happen to white people banking with capitec why only black people
