Capitec don't care

All my transactions lately show pending.i bought stuff online cant get it because pending.some transactions are 5 days pending. Customer care put phone down in ear.my other banks don't have this problem. After 17 years I say goodbye to capitec.from a once great bank to a don't care bank.
