Capitec Doesn't want to pay cover amount for my dads funeral .......

Can someone please assist me.

I took out cover with Capitec years ago and six months ago a mended the cover amounts.

I was advised at the branch that my policy would be effective as soon as my first premium is paid. I was given no waiting period for accidental death after the first premium and was advised that for natural illness I must have paid at least 6 premiums.

I recently lost my dad due to natural illness and went to Capitec to claim for his passing and unfortunately they refused to pay me up for the updated amount even though I had already paid premiums for the six months. I was absolutely devastated as I had to borrow some money in order to pay for the funeral cost.

The amount i was supposed to be paid was R35000.00 but i only received R20000.00

Can someone please assist me and reach out to capitec in order for them to pay me the outstanding R15000.00.

I'm writing this with tears in my eyes and cannot understand why I'm being treated as such after paying all six premiums.

Please help me
