Capitec doesn't want to give me my money

This is the 4th time returning here about the same bank...no one has called or assisted me from capitec, the only thing they do is just send me automated emails which are useless! Capitec is closing my account but they refusing to give me back my funds that where in my fixed account and main account. I spoke to a agent last time she requested my external banking details and proof of account so that the can send me my funds, till date that hasn't happened, i want my money, you can't ***** peoples money and expect to get away with it and hope we forget about it... I have screen shots to prove... I will post and take the matter feather if I don't get my funds
