CAPITEC DOESN'T WANNA GIVE ME MY CLAIM

Good day I have a problem about capitec bank that doesn't want to pay me my claim since 20th September 2024 they want unnecessary documents inquest report and court verdict of which im not able to get those documents because the case is still on going even the investigater said the Docket is not by him capitec is playing with me. Im stressed because i took my brothers money to help the burial procedure because of i know i have a claim on capitec
