Capitec doesn’t refund your money back

I requested an uber this morning for my sister, I didn’t find a ride and then decided to cancel. Capitec had already debited the money from my account but even after canceling the ride, they didn’t refund me back. I have heard a coupe of people talking about this and I just didn’t think that it would happen to me. I’m planning on closing my account with them. Capitec can I please have my money back!!!
