Capitec doesnt offer the services it advertises on apps
Despite the button for a CSV export of your bank statement being on the app, you can apparently not use it. I'm confused ? Surely if its displayed and I pay bank fees for bank services, why is it there ? Why is it not available to clients ? Why cant I get one generated while on a call to customer care ? Honestly, it never ceases to amaze me. This is disingenuous adverting of services.
