Capitec doesn't do *****e check on court orders
Hi, I am mica khoza I, am very much disappointed with Capitec, certain people send ********** court order and instruct Capitec to freeze my bank account and later all the money was gone, u did try to alert Capitec that the order is ********** but Noooo they took my money.the court order doesn't have emblem, not signed by registrar,. And the is no court seal to affixed to order, the court order was issued in Pretoria while I am staying and working in Mpumalanga, I think Capitec did not do they homework,I NEED MY MONEY

13 Nov 2020, 14:06I did receive call from someone at Capitec,the lady was telling me that my account will remain freezes until they get order from attorneys, my complaint is not about account, is about ********** order used to freeze my account, could Capitec cornfim if the order used was valid, because the one I have I don't have, the name of a judge, emblems and signature of the registrar, I not satisfied with the feedback cause it was not what I was complaining about, may I please have ombudsman' contact
