Capitec doesn't care

If I could give capitec a negative star rating I would. I bank with capitec and my salary goes into this account, unfortunately I can't have access to credit facilities because they will not accept my payslip. This is made worse by terrible customer services which has been very dismissive. When people open capitec accounts I would suggest you take your payslip and see if this will be an issue in the future and save yourself the frustration and just don't choose them as your bank. Unfortunately I can't get credit facility from other banks because my salary goes into capitec. BOTTOM LINE Capitec has no interest in assisting it's clients
